Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the company in establishing operational, quality, environmental, health and safety systems;  

2. Assist in sorting out various processes such as operation, quality, production, and safety, and independently write various system documents;  

3. Assist in the implementation, maintenance, improvement, and supervision and management of quality, environmental, health and safety systems;  

4. Prepare annual and irregular internal audit plans, organize internal audits and audit tracking according to the plan, respond to customer and third-party audit work, and track any issues raised;  

5. Temporary tasks assigned by superiors;

Qualifications for the position:

1. Full time undergraduate degree, majoring in chemical engineering;  

2. Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of work experience are both acceptable;  

3. Good communication skills and profound writing skills;

4. Graduates from 985/211 universities with a background in organizing campus group activities are preferred;

5. Integrity, diligence, and strong execution ability;
